Transcript Meeting recording AI extraction Owner, task, due Checklist Structured items Notion Written automatically

A meeting transcript goes in; the agent pulls out each action item with its owner and deadline and writes the finished checklist into Notion.

The Problem

After back-to-back meetings, action items live in scattered notes or memory. Who agreed to do what, and by when, slips through the cracks. Following up reliably means re-reading transcripts or trusting recall, neither of which scales.

What We Built

An agent that takes a meeting transcript and extracts every action item, separating who owns it, what the task is, and when it's due, then writes them as a clean checklist straight into Notion. The hard part is reliably telling apart commitments made by different people in the conversation; the agent handles that, so each meeting ends with an organized, owner-tagged task list waiting in the workspace.
